Recipes: Crawfish

Another Great Recipe from Flavored with Love

Peter’s Crawfish Quesadillas

1 pound crawfish tails, cooked
1 can Rotel® tomatoes
1 package large flour tortilla shells
1 package shredded cheddar (as much as you like)
non-stick spray


Sauté the crawfish in the Rotel®.

In a separate pan heat 1 flour tortilla for 1 minute. Add ⅛ of the crawfish mixture and as much cheese as you
like. Fold the tortilla in half and continue to heat it. Flip it. Heat it until the cheese is completely
melted.
This recipe makes 8 quesadillas prepared 1 at a time.
