RECIPE: Edwina & Joanna's Corn Casserole

Melt one stick margarine over low heat, or in microwave.

ADD:
1 15-ounce can cream style corn
1 15-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs, beaten

Mix well and add small box Jiffy® Corn Muffin Mix.

Pour into deep casserole dish and bake at 350-degree oven for 45 minutes.

Bake in oblong white casserole--12 X 9 dish.
